Pros

If your MGMT you get away with not knowing how to do your job, while working from home, and get paid allot.

Cons

The Nepotism in the company still runs pretty strong even after real page took over from AUM. There are select few that move up. Everyone else let's about a year ish due to lack of training. This is so Your MGMT has someone to blame for all the mistakes happening. Currently, the old AUM team in Implementation are trying to re audit everything before the Real page team comes in. Because project Management doesn't actually know how to do their job. If you like a high stress environment, working off the clock, writing the job of two people whole making just above minimum wage then I'd suggest to apply. Most Specialists make at least 40k a year, here you will maybe be able to afford rent with a roommate. Don't bother applying to another position. Everything is already pre determined before hand. If you get an interview it's only because they are following protocol. If Yu try to apply outside your department, you will get a write up. This prevents you from ever leaving. If you continue to apply after your write up is over, you will more than likely get canned. It has happened to pretty much everyone. Most of the bosses aren't around and don't even know how to do math. Especially the accounting team. Most people here don't even have college experience and are in their mid 20s. The Implementation tram has gone through 4-5 directors in the last 5 years. The team as a whole had gone through about 15 employees in the last two years. The team itself is generally understaffed and only consists of roughly 12 people including team leads, project MGMT and directors. Do yourself a favor and find a real job.

Thank you for your post. AUM/Lombard is a recent acquisition for RealPage and we are in the process of doing several things. 1) We have met with Mark to look at compensation rates for your area 2) We are looking at work structure and how to deliver a high quality experience for our customers. 3) You can apply for any position within the company after 9 months of service. If you find that is not the case, then you have my number and this is something we will address with the leadership team. In addition, we are assigning Heather Hepler, HRD, to work all integrations as it relates to Human Resources. Please seek her out when she comes on site or call her direct at 972-820-4363. I would also like you to sit down with Mark Coffman and have a discussion on how to make the location even better. Sincerely, Kurt Twining

A lot of anger here. Its unfortunate that you did not experience the type of company that you were looking for. I sincerely hope you find that place. Knowing that our engagement scores are coming in overall at 66% positive, and "I am treated with Respect as an individual scored 87% and I feel proud to work for RealPage came in at 77%...your experience is not the norm. When you highlight that we don't pay bonus, well we both know that is not true, our raises in 2016 were above the national averages, our benefits as benchmarked by several outside groups are better than average for what you pay for them. I have the independent data for anyone to review.....you're angry, but I challenge you to give me one name from the HR function that told you "there's nothing we can do about that" over a communicated problem. There are some great professionals on this team. Finally, we have not had one report of violent employees. If you have an example, I will certainly follow up on it immediately. I will agree with you on the fact that if we employees who are clock riders or lay about they should leave and be replaced by using your words with professional, ethical, courteous and responsible workers"...so saying the entire company needs to be cleaned out does not align with the the accomplishments that are occurring every day...again, I sincerely wish you the best in your future endeavors, Kurt Twining 972-820-4016

Thank you for your post. Your feedback is harsh and its unfortunate that your experience did not meet your expectations. Duly noted. I sincerely, hope you find a better situation for you in the future. Kurt Twining
