- Below market pay - Implementing department or process improvements takes a lot of time. If you identify a problem or opportunity, getting it put into action can take anywhere from 6 to 12 months to implement - Changes are made at an executive level, without consideration of how it effects individual teams

Pros

Transparent and well-structured IJP process with clear role visibility. Fair interview process focused on analytical thinking and practical skills. Strong support and timely communication from HR and hiring teams. Encourages employees to grow internally and align roles with career goals. Boosts employee motivation and retention by valuing internal talent.

Cons

My application lost and not reviewed in the IJP process until I reached HR about it. Intimation about interview timing is very short and very unclear at first. Limited clarity on role expectations and skill requirements at the initial stage. Interview timelines could be faster to reduce waiting periods. Feedback after interviews is not always detailed. Cross-team role transitions may require better onboarding support.
