Pros

Location Can work remotely Reimbursement on expenses in pretty good Willing to listen; however takes way to long to implement new ideas or fix issues

Cons

Segregated organization- trying to get an answer to even a simple question and you have to reach out to multiple people in which you may or may not receive a reply. Poor internal communication- product & engineering don’t even have aligned goals No standard practice for communication Benefits are so-so

Thank you for your post. A couple of things........1) I would ask your manager to implement your idea on org chart roles and accountabilities until the team has a solid understanding of does what. 2) I would strongly consider writing a short white paper on how you believe we can achieve a higher level of product and engineering interaction. You can send it to your manager, William for myself and we will ensure it gets surfaced up. The things you are describing are important to you, which means it is most likely important to others. Pros

They hire a lot of people and there is a lot of work to do.

Cons

LIttle to no flexibility. Don't treat employees as professionals. Will berate employees.

Thank you for your post. I'm glad you have a positive outlook about the company, now we need to work on why the behaviors are off. We do not condone "berating" employees, so let me have an HRD review this in detail. Thanks Kurt Twining

Pros

It used to have a great culture. In fact, I believe parts of it still do. In Richardson, they have a low rise and a high rise. I believe the high rise is a completely different environment. I hear the low rise building is great to work in. They always look like they're having fun.

Cons

In the tower at the Richardson office, it's a high stress environment. Managers pass the stress down the line. It's also recently become a fast turn over.

Thank you for your post. It's unfortunate that this did not work out for you. I am sending this on to Barry Carter our new leader of IT so he can take your comments and compare it to our recent engagement scores. RealPage still has great culture as the Company Engagement scores are at a all time hight and up 5% over last year. You noted that there was a 3% cap on promotions. That is just not the case at all, they are on average higher than that. We wish you well in your future endeavors. Sincerely, Kurt Twining
