Pros

In some department people work really well together and understand the difficulties of getting everything implemented for a client. Floating holidays are good.

Cons

There isn't a ton of interdepartment communications, which leads to a bad client experience from time to time. Things move really slowly and there are always different groups formed to look into the possibilty of changing things, things don't change.

Your advice is spot on. I would encourage you to be a leader in your organization's upcoming engagement survey action plans. I would also ask that you drop me a line knowing that you are in Seattle, so we can discuss your ideas on how to improve the company. I know that KB is a very dedicated leader in your office, please ensure you are sharing your thoughts with him as well. Please give me a call 972-820-4016. Thanks Kurt Twining

Real Disappointment. NOT a company for long term career.

Pros

Convenience to local restaurants. Great coworkers.

Cons

Terrible management being promoted based on their personal relationships. Favoritism in promotion and in office routine is a norm. Flip flop decision making. No long term vision. Not sure where are they headed.

Pros

Great team of employees in middle management and in several departments. The Account Management, Product Support, Development and Level One are good examples of people working hard for the client.

Cons

Upper management is a revolving door. I was a Director and the management team between myself and Steve Winn changed over 100% twice in the last two years. This lead to no consistency and no clear vision except to save money.
