The hours are good and you are off during the holidays and the weekends.

Cons

RealPage management is incompetent and has a very low level of professionalism. They like to use intimidation techniques to get you to do something. Also if you do something even though later is proven that it was a mistake, they will have you in the radar from that point on. If you get sick and have not vacation or sick time available you get fired even if it's one hour that you go unpaid. The benefits are not that great, the medical insurance has a very high deductible and a very high out of pocket max. Not enough vacation time and you cannot borrow from your vacation time.

Nice office at Richardson, Food cafeteria sometime available.

Cons

Many misleading and fake reviews, specifically 4 and above, created by fake internal reps. In reality company is having many products competing each other and to manage cost they are moving development to offshore. In reality company cost is less than $5B but purchased for $10B. Working with some old employees is real challenge with big attitude, they don't want to learn new things & married with old stuff. Some top-level people working remotely and doing side business & not available all the time. Management learned to ignore all this.

Unlimited PTO (if you're ever approved to take off bc you're swamped from massive layoffs)

Cons

Leadership is one of the most unprofessional and unorganized group of people I've ever encountered. They all dislike each other and the company drama puts every employee at risk. There's no path, no raises, no clear org charts. Layoffs constantly under the guise of "restructuring" means never knowing who you ever report to. Don't work here. Your daily life will be a series of confusion and frustration followed by anxiety for the following day.
