Pros

Everyone was very friendly for the most part. It was a relaxed environment with upper levels always willing to teach/help the newbies.

Cons

The most stressful job ever. The calls never stop. We have to wear headsets all day and I finally had to leave because I would get a migraine almost every day. They would have way less turnover if the workers were paid what they deserve for the the level of stress.

Thank you for your post. Its not easy job being a part of the contact center. It is a very important job as we help people find new and safe homes. I'm glad you found the people to be be friendly and willing to teach. However, no job is worth a migraine. It should be noted that both US contact center locations have moved into brand new updated space and turnover is down over 20% year over year. I sincerely wish you the best in your future endeavors. Work life balance is quite good, good appraisal process, lots of employee engagement programs.

Cons

More opportunities when it comes to onsite, too much shuffling in management creates doubt in the mind of the employees.
