None that I can think of.

This is worst IT company I have worked for. There is zero project management and everybody works in silos. Sometimes they will dump ton of work on you and you have to work on weekends and then there are phases when you have no work at all. There is no management at all. Worst Benefits. The medical, vacation and 401 K is horrible.

Thank you for your post. I agree with on basics. Its important to note that the majority of our employees did/do not have the same experience that you did. If you want to get more specific I would welcome your call at 972-820-4016. I will take exception that we have the worst benefits as that is just not true. We have great options in our 401k managed by Milliman who is a gold standard provider, we have matched the last 6 years in a row. Our medical plans are benchmarked by Lockton as very competitive at affordable rates. Vacation is competitive and based on service. There are none. The RealPage Promise is a joke. Love being at work is a great attempt but it's failing due to the lack of a cohesive leadership.

Cons

Executives cannot agree on any direction. I agree with a Prior poster.... Run. Avoid this company. If you are "loved" you might go far.

A lot of disgust here. I'm not sure why you have departed. I can tell you that the leadership team has never been more unified in the direction that we are headed in building out new products, new location, strong institutional investors are buying the stock, new employees are joining this company around the world every day.
