Pros

Associates receive competitive pay. Benefits are good Ops Manager is a good communicator Company is trying to make good changes for employees and customers Opportunities for growth

Cons

Not a lot of transparency from top down Large teams often make it difficult for an employee to get personal help from their supervisor Certain managers (even some Team Leads) are poor communicators and don't provide adequate support/leadership Some of the people managers are not good at managing people.

Pros

1. Flexible timings 2. Good Employee benefits in terms of shares etc.. 3. Good US counterparts in terms of cooperation.

Cons

Well, only one thing I observed in my team, if there are 2 people performing at the same level and having same position only one guy will get promoted and go to US. Guess the reason? That guy is a boot liker or he is very close to management. The other guy will be not even recognised in terms of salary, awards, promotions.

Very very flexible environment.

Cons

No vision. Full of dirty politics. No scope for talent. Managers are scapegoat irrespective of your performance or loyalty. If you are not a boot liker, you will be kicked out.
