Pros

Being a tenured employee in this company, compared to my past experiences with other companies this is a great place to work due to Work-Life balance culture and opportunities for working for different processes. Despite few hiccups with inexperienced management initially, the company since last one year transformed itself to a greater heights with present management mainly focusing on Transparency - Employee satisfaction, Result oriented and selfless attitude. Present management is approachable at all times, employees feel more comfortable with their careers now as most of the rust which have been plaguing Realpage over years is cleared. Company is bringing in transitional changes, which will take some time for better efficiency.

Cons

Need to be consistent in policy making towards employee care and i believe it is in process.

Pros

I enjoy the group I work in, and we get along well. We have had to adapt to the constant change that comes with working in a corporate environment, especially the challenge of a new manager being brought on board when everyone loved the existing one. That being the case, I appreciate that I am being challenged to bring the skills I learned from my past work experiences into my current role. I have finally been given a purpose and feel like I am valued, at least by my direct manager. I am encouraged and motivated on a weekly basis, and made to feel as though my opinions and output matter.

Cons

While collaboration is a good thing, a lot of the work I do is solitary and I need to be able to focus. Real Page encourages collaborating and teamwork, but in so doing, the department I work in is left out when it comes to work spaces and noise. There needs to be accessible quiet areas in which to access dual monitors. Everyone who is lower than a manager should all have the same size workstations with plenty of work space and storage. I have moved numerous times, with my work space shrinking with each move. My salary is below the average compared to other companies.

Thank you for your post. Here is some good news, in our new location, you don't have to just sit in your assigned office. We have built out several quiet and huddle rooms where you can go work at your convenience. The work cafe is also wired so that you can find a quiet place to settle in and do your work. Give me a call and lets look at the data as it relates to your salary. I would be happy to share all the data we have on your position. Again thanks for your post and continued service.
