Pros

I’ve worked at other high tech companies over the past two decades and RealPage is one of the few collaborative environments that does everything it can to raise the bar for its employees. Not only do they want you to succeed, they want you to think two levels higher. Yes, they actually want you to project yourself into growing your career there. I work with passionate, intelligent professionals who want to row in the same direction in order to get our jobs done and help the company succeed. Our recent sales conference validated my sentiments by having multiple workshops that gave us tools to do our jobs better. This included knowledge and team building exercises as well as celebrating our collective victories. It was truly inspirational.

Cons

Multiple buildings on the campus makes for difficult meetings, but this should be remedied when we move to our new corporate facilities in the not too distant future.

Thank you for your post. We plan to have quarterly videos with Steve Winn, CEO, after each earnings release, plus, the new 'myrealpageportal.com" was just launched so you can find so many things that are all RealPage that pertain to you and the company. I'm glad you enjoy what you do. Thanks again. Kurt Twining

Pros

Relaxed management style, they give you your space. The people are all nice and supportive. Pay is good. New office has lots of benefits and the atmosphere is very open. You can work anywhere in the office. Great place for young people. There is going to be a cafeteria and a gym onsite at the new office in Richardson.

Cons

Slow to change procedures that are no longer serving them. More concerned with getting new customers than retaining old ones. Health insurance could be better.

Thank you for your post. Yes, the new space is going to be great and we move in August. It's going to have an amazing work cafe, 8k sq foot gym, covered parking, etc. You raise an excellent point that quality and ease of use are the cornerstones of building a customer loyalty program. These are two issues that we take very seriously and the good news is our quality continues to improve and so does customer loyalty. We have a new leader in Propertyware, and I know he is very focused on delivering the best product in the market.. As to health insurance, we offer two very competitive plans. Thanks Kurt Twining
