Pros

If you have the drive to succeed, the management in the Support Department will recognize this and ensure a clear career trajectory for you. If you want to be a static employee with no ambition, this is not the the place for you. In addition, this company encourages a diverse workforce. I have never once felt as though I am at a disadvantage for being a woman in the software industry. RealPage is a great company, and RealPage is family.

Cons

Not a thing. RealPage is excellent and the management department is great. Your coworker will always have your back, rest assured.

We have a lot of things in the office that will help employees take away the everyday stress. Among these stress-relievers are foosball, billiards, and massage chairs.

Cons

The organization somewhat lacks stringent processes to follow - not exactly a con, but to some it is. Slowly though, the organization is adopting practices and processes that will streamline important operations.

Loved my coworkers and flexibility when was offered to me.

Cons

Management is horrible. hypocritical and plays favorites and good ole "girl" system. People still only managers because of who they know not what they know.
