      Pros

      Good entry level place to start to gain experience in what not to do. Can move up in ranks if you can stick it out.

      Management does not care about employees Good employees don't stay around very long Each division operates on its own very little coordination and communication between groups Outdated technology Restricted enviroment

      Great work/life balance Unlimited PTO You get to work with some of the most intelligent, passionate people in this fiels

      Cons

      The culture is quite toxic in that the focus is fully on revenue driving initiatives, most often, at the cost of employees and their well-being. Leadership style leans more towards judgmental than constructive leaving very little room for true development because leaders don't have time to invest in mentoring their team. They want people who are plug and play, but also refuse to compensate appropriately. In short: they want top talent they can take advantage of, and once you've served your "purpose" based on their ever changing initiatives, they try to run you out of the company either by performance managing you out or laying you off.

      Bad Leadership, Bad Product, Bad Culture

      Pros

      There are some really great people to work with.

      Cons

      Leadership is truly terrible. The culture is dismal. Pay is not competitive. There is no added incentive for performance unless you're a Director or above. You get very few tools to help you do your job more effectively. Never ending pointless meetings. No job security, even for strong performers. Fake, disingenuous everything.
