Unlimited PTO, immediate up line is supportive, overall benefits good, great employees

Cons

Executive management in customer success is out of touch with what it takes to keep our customers happy and the workload we have to maintain just to keep our head above water, they are more worried about checking boxes than actually servicing the customers like they need to be serviced. Not all customers have the same needs and you can’t cookie cut the service levels.

Lots of opportunities to learn new tech and methods at lower levels

Cons

Weak leadership, more focused on image and less on substance. No consistency of approach from month to month. Clear favourites who have followed leadership from other failed companies.

Not great to work for. Laid off after finishing a high value project, after being told I would be trained up into a different field.
