It has a great working environment and facilities. It also has room for process improvements. They are also flexible in terms of working hours.

Cons

Lack of training for QAs. Some from the upper management is not open for others' opinion. Lack of Product training.

Good foresight of the company, dynamic and high performing. Undisputed leader in the industry.

Cons

There needs to be improvement on human resource management and scheduling... particularly replacement of resigned resources.

As we get older, We need to have a stable job and all I can say is Realpage is one of the job that I can say stable. :)

No salary loan for emergency
