      1. Leaders are open to feedbacks and suggestions and they listen to employees. Leaders often connect to employees. 2. Pay is above industry standards. 3. Office is well maintained and amenities are complete (nap rooms, shower room, game rooms, exercise rooms, quiet rooms, reading rooms) 4. Emphasis is made on the RealPage promise and leaders are always reminded to live up to it. 5. Not too strict dress code. 6. Employees are encouraged to have work-life balance. Engagement activities are plenty. 7. Work load is reasonable.

      Cons

      1. Parking is hard for some employees. 2. The work area is known for traffic jams during rush hour.
