Pros

Richardson office is nice and big. Has cafeteria and gym on site.

Cons

Too much work and not enough resources. Laying off developers in US and hiring in India. Culture has gone downhill because of the layoffs. 401k matching is not good. “Be patient, things are about to change” is their mantra but I have yet to see the change.

Pros

Fun people work there because there is no reason to not have fun while you're there. Ping pong gets competitive in a fun way. The cafeteria is actually FIRE. After a year, you can and SHOULD start moving to a new company.

Cons

This company is a mess. They've gone through public to private and in that, there was no clarity in the direction, compensation, and the management was as unsure as the sales reps. RUN! Do better someplace else. If you need software sales experience. One year here would be plenty enough to bolster your resume. You will gain nothing from a knowledge perspective after 3 months. The money is mostly bs. The OTE of 100k was so far beyond unrealistic. I was a top rep and never came close. The solutions are OLD and ugly. The UI looks like windows 95 for the single family solution. Propertyware is a waste of money. There are near FREE solutions out there that look and function better. Utility management solutions took so long to get off the ground that you will never get paid on it. The customers will walk away as well.

Pros

Truly some amazing people and leaders who are patinate and care greatly. The software & services provided are one's in which you can be proud to support. The benefits plan is solid in comparisons to many other Technology companies being positioned in the middle of the Market. Leadership at many levels who truly do care and want nothing but the best for teammates though, get hamstrung by policies and procedures outside of their control.

Cons

The internal transfer policy and compensation leads to individuals being paid below market norms. Bonus structure/plan is unclear and lacks consistency. Thru the recent TB acquisition, equity was removed from a number of roles without a level replacement being added.

Thank you for your review and years of service. Truly appreciate your Pro comments. Not sure what the internal transfer policy has to do with compensation as 100's of folks transfer into new roles every year. There is not cap on internal promotions, unfortunately some bad information was shared along the way, Every increase in pay is tied to the position and the comp ratio of the individual. The lower in the range, the higher the increase to get that employee closer to the market. We wish you nothing but the best in your future endeavors. Sincerely, Kurt Twining
