Good salary, great benefits and unlimited PTO. Flexible work schedule. Good coworkers.

Cons

Change was always this elusive date in the future where everything will be working smoothly. There is more work than available manpower, and investing in positions to increase manpower, was not done, yet promised for the future. Multiple positions were eliminated within 6 months of their hiring, creating an unknown as to the security of your own employment, while dramatically increasing new job responsibilities for the remaining employees.

Pros

When I joined, this was a happy place being led by people who cared about making sure the vision was operationalized properly. People were empowered and business was good. The pay was never great, but I was challenged and excited about the future.

Cons

After a funding round the strangest projects were approved while the business model was being rewritten; if you're going to completely change the business model, maybe make sure your technology and fulfillment capacity are in line before investing in new furniture. Projects were implemented without any true leadership oversight. The tech stack was disrupted.

It won't matter how cool or exciting your job is when nobody's voice matters except the clueless, entitled yuppies running management. Have fun never delivering an actual product and chasing 'sales oppurtunities' day-in, day-out!
