Pros

Great benefits Collaborative environment Really great team of people Lots of opportunity to build your own career (I think. I haven't been here that long but I'm optimistic.) Stocked kitchen While there's always a mountain of work to be done, everyone has a "pull your own weight" attitude and the work-life balance is actually pretty good considering this is a startup. You can expect to bring your work home with you on occasion but I feel like your time is respected here. I frequently see employees adjusting their schedules so they can attend their kid's soccer game (or whatever) and no one gives it a second though. As long as you work hard and do what you say you'll do, I believe you can be successful here. I've seen other reviews on here with people complaining about the senior management but so far I have been impressed. Most will give you as much of their time as you ask for and are more than willing to acknowledge their own limitations.

Cons

We're in an open office which can be both and pro and a con. It makes it easy to communicate and collaborate but at the same time it can get distracting.

Total sham of a company

Pros

Very cool technology. Some kind people, but few and far between.

Cons

Liars, arrogant people with zero patience and an organization wrought with red ink. This company was bleeding money and was still continuing to hire people. The former sales leader was rude to customers and staff alike. An unnamed sales rep sold almost nothing in his region last quarter and yet from day one treated his technical staff like dirt.
