Pros

Move is a great environment of passionate engineers. Moving from .Net to Open Source on AWS is a challenging and exciting opportunity. I added many new skills to my tool box. They encourage learning, I went to a training or two every year, mostly in US.

Cons

I cannot think of any con. If you love what you're doing and you like your team, it is a really good place to work in Vancouver area.
