You can believe the poor reviews. Hideous upper & middle management. If you luck out and get a decent manager who actually helps you, good luck keeping them. Middle & upper management will flat out lie to your face about work from home, pretending to care about managers who harass and bully (and everybody knows it), or anything except their bottom line. Hostile workplace environment & HR doesn’t care. You may notice quite a few former or current HR have left reviews here (for good reason). Your commission structure changes every 5 minutes. They offered seniority benefits and then took them away. Very limited opportunities for advancement, if they even let you apply, which you aren’t even allowed to do if you are on any kind of warning path (this is constantly threatened and/or enforced) due to their constantly increasing and pretty much impossible to meet metrics. You will not even be able to take your breaks comfortably, which is illegal, but they don’t care.

They have way too strict an attendance policy. Don't care about the investment made in employees, They lost over 120 people in 2 months. If they don't like you; they target you. Very toxic, clique and mean girl floor environment. They haven't been profitable in 2 years, instead of layoffs this year they just FIRED anyone they could.
