Pros

Honestly I have zero positives

Cons

By far the worst health insurance I’ve ever had at a job. Realtor.com is cheap with health insurance. To go to the doctors ur gonna pay a copay of 100 dollars EACH TIME you go…. It’s honestly embarrassing such a big name company has the worst health insurance. The managers micromanage everything. You have to literally dial pretty much every 30 seconds in between calls or you’ll get deducted points off your production. They expect you to dial 200 dials. You don’t even have a pipeline. No accounts to your name. What is the point of calling 200 accounts if I have zero to my name. Only accounts you’ll get to name if you have a convo over 12 minutes which is hard. The top rep at the company he had 12 REFUNDS in the month. He owed the company money back. They don’t like to tell you but you will expect major refunds and owe the company your commission back. Also it’s contract 12 month contracts which is insane to have zero accounts to your name because 12 month contracts are rarely closing on the first call. They write you up for everything. This job I would look at it as a transition job. You might have for 6 months or less. They just don’t take their employees seriously so a lot of people working there see it as a transition job for 6 months or less. Also quota if you miss quota 2 times in a row you’re fired immediately they don’t average ur numbers out…. Honestly worst company I’ve ever worked for. Ur literally being micromanaged the entire work day. I can’t think of one positive of the job.

Pros

Working at Realtor.com offers a dynamic environment with several standout positives. The management team is highly supportive and committed to fostering growth, ensuring everyone feels equipped and motivated to excel. Realtor.com prioritizes development, dedicating time and resources to help employees advance their skills and career development. Feedback is openly welcomed, creating a culture where ideas and input drive meaningful change and continuous improvement. As a lifelong salesperson, it’s rewarding to work for a company that recognizes and compensates efforts generously, valuing hard work with a strong commission structure. This combination of support, development opportunities, and lucrative rewards makes Realtor.com an outstanding place to work in a sales role.

Cons

While there are many positive aspects of working at Realtor.com, there can be challenges as well. At times, the oversight and monitoring can feel like micromanagement, last count there are 17 KPIs that are tracked which can get overwhelming. Despite being with the company for several years and a top performer, I still have the same on target earnings as I did day one. Finally, the job can feel repetitive and a bit of a grind which requires resiliency and a mindset of perseverance to stay motivated.
