Pros

Time off is better than most, When in office free food and drinks plus a monthly stipend for the snack shop.

Cons

Quality department is never consistent with how they grade, the lack of upward mobility is surprising unless you want to be a manager( don't recommend) Make sure you get a good manager they can make the difference. Pay is ridiculously low even thought they say its not a sales job it really is, either the base pay needs to come up or commissions need to come up significantly 1% isn't going to cut it especially living in Austin.
