Pros

Great pay, nice employees, company is always trying to improve upon the culture, easing employees into hybrid model over the course of several months from being fully remote.

Cons

A bit shady the way the CEO and ELT announced ‘we were always a hybrid working model’ when those who previously chose to WFH were listed as remote less than 1 day in the office. They went in and changed everyone’s working model saying ‘we chose hybrid’ which wasn’t at all the case. There was also mention of a possible layoff, but we have no further information on when/if that’s happening still. But that aside, this job can be very difficult for someone who doesn’t have thick skin. Realtors are under a lot of stress from clients which they then radiate in the interactions they have with us.

Pros

Base pay is good for the role. Good benefits package. WORK-LIFE BALANCE IS GREAT Co-Workers and DIRECT leadership are decent. SO MUCH POTENTIAL Commission can be good at times. It takes quite a bit of sale or one big whale to get to that point. It isn't common.

Cons

Your direct manager is overloaded with work so expect your 1-on-1's to be postponed constantly. Inventory to sell is low due to secondary programs. A lot of wasted calls. The system you sell "connections plus" is not good. Regardless of what they tell you. Little to no room for advancement AFTER turning down other job offers due to this job being "fully remote" they flipped and decided to call everyone back into the office over the next 2 months. Citing "company culture" when they really mean MICROMANAGEMENT. Just above your direct manager is where the disconnect is. I witnessed completely valid questions shut down in front of the entire sales floor in the rudest way possible. Our district manager was called out for lying about the remote roles and handled it in the worst way possible. There is no account ownership. They are laying off left and right. The belief is that site popularity and traffic are enough to secure these deals. It isn't anymore. People written up 1 month off of training and not getting the ability to sell products that are money-makers until month 2 on the floor. Not month 2 out of training. A lot of agents were burned in past programs and now are looking for programs that don't align with what you would sell. The pay-per-closed deal isn't much.
