The idea of company culture is there

Cons

Ever changing goals, metrics, and policies surrounding pay and commissions, they boast that they hire internally and have room for career growth but all the promotions I saw were given to outside workers not internal hires.

Ridiculous requirements to meet. I was written up for not getting enough people to agree to speaking to lenders despite following their script to a T. Both being job requirements and you could be written up for going off script as well.
