Pros

- A place to collect a check till the economy gets better - Decent benefits - Used to be a GREAT company to work for when I first started in 2006. - Lower six figures is still possible for sales unless you just don't get it.

Cons

- Lack of appreciation for employees. Senior management increases sales quotas and decreases compensation plan simultaneously and could happen up to 2 times annually. Company's overall revenue has increased every year and account executives' pay has substantially decreased every year. - HR is biased, protects the managers and is "never" neutral in decision making. - A lot of micro-managing. Sales professionals are treated like high school telemarketers. Managers breathe down your neck with threats. Not a place for true sales professionals. - Account Executives are forced to move certain products and not what is necessarily best for the customer. - Highly stressful. - High turnover. Company cannot retain true talent. Managers threaten to fire the entire sales floor and replace them with "new blood". - Limited room for growth. - Senior management does not lead by example. Managers are not polished. Unprofessional.

Pros

Nothing. Unless you enjoy being treated like crap from your employer.

Cons

They lie to all of the employees. They pay people that have been here half the time as other more decorated employees up to a dollar more. They keep themselves severely understaffed so "Special" teams fall behind on work and are then repremanded or asked to work over because the company cannot manage themselves properly.

Pros

The company is financially stable and there are many talented people working within the organization.

Cons

Corporate management tends to see employees only as a number and doesn't actually take the time to acknowledge or appreciate when an employee goes the extra mile or above and beyond their quota.
