1. Rather than promoting from within, new hires are overly experienced. This keeps long term employees from being able to learn new things and move up.
2. Employees are not given raises but senior management receives bonuses. We are asked to sacrifice for the company yet senior management does not tell us how they are sacrificing.
3. Some employees are permitted to work from home and others are not. It's unfair and obvious that some groups are favored compared to others.
4. Every few years, new management comes in, hires all their friends and begins to spend money. They have ‘new’ ideas that have been tried before and failed to work. As before, these ideas fail and a few years later this senior manager is removed and replaced with another. The process starts over.
