Micro management, order and obey culture, high leaving rate. Unhappy environment.

Pros

Good location, new office, walking distance to nice restaurants, Whole Foods, bookstore , yoga and bank. Close to major highways.

Cons

Many talented people left. High leaving rate. Obvious favoritism in many teams. Micro management is encouraged. Team leader or upper management’s favorite team member(s) can be rude and unreasonable to teammates and get protected by upper mgmt. Not much compensation benefit other than base salary. Slow to 0 growth.

No real pros. Just the base salary training bonus and benefits. It sounded real good in training but that's it.

Cons

Too many too list.!! It's a revolving door. They promise you heaven deliver hell. Many hours of work. Manager is a major power hungry low life!!! Constant treats! Worse place I've ever worked for by far......
