CEO is a meddling liar and untrustworthy

Pros

Great marketing team there. In fact, this is a maketimg company, not a real estate broker!

Cons

Your role will change weekly. Promises from management when expectations are exceeded never come to fruition because the CEO steps in. Starting in 2015, there was a mass exodus of the great leadership that actually grew the company. They are bleeding agents left and right and lie about their success daily.

- Friendly and fun coworkers - Snacks and drinks provided - Not your typical corporate home office, with fun decorations and social events - Some of the broker managers are very friendly and great to talk to

Cons

- Lots of turnover, with abrupt terminations. - Ambiguous job titles with unclear job descriptions (usually friends or relatives that somehow get hired on) - Unrealistic expectations and contradicting feedback from executives. - Unethical work practices * Let's see how long this review stays up, as most negative reviews seem to magically disappear...

Lots of turnover and lack of direction.

Pros

Great location in Irvine, different perks you'd unlikely get at other companies. Some great people to work with.

Cons

Multiple lay-offs during the time I worked there yet lots of new hires with odd job descriptions. No real company direction other than the constant drive to increase sale transactions. Hard to tell if company was actually profitable since profit was never really talked about, only sales volume.
