Where do I start? Fire at will. Your job is not secure. You can and will be fired at any moment. All employees had their social security numbers, addresses and tax information released to a scammer and are now having to deal with fixing their own credit. There was/is no support from the company in fixing the problem. The work environment is unacceptable. You will be traumatized from working there. There are no systems in place, in any department and the leadership has no plan to change. You will be made to feel useless, and embarrassed for doing your job the correct way. Others, with no training or education, will be celebrated for looking the best and drinking the most. Think you have smarts and want to implement change, this is not the company for you. Run, don't walk away from this company. It will be the worst mistake you ever made, if you decide to work here. I cannot emphasis this enough. Read all of the reviews and take them to heart. The people in this forum are trying to warn you for good reason. This company is toxic and will hurt you at the deepest part of your soul. If you are a female, watch out for the harassment. This harassment comes in all forms- from the executive team down to the employees. Human resources reports to the CEO, so if you have a problem, you are in trouble. All roads lead to the owner. Just google his name and read about all his lawsuits and bad press. His behavior influences "ALL" decisions made in every department. This company deserves zeros stars, poor rating, and should be put on a black list until further notice.
