Cons

The "CEO" is what happens when you learn to run a business from a cereal box. Zero vision, zero direction, zero common sense, zero ethics and zero talent, ZERO business acumen.

Marketing team writing fake reviews

In order to attract agents, the marketing team followed the order to write fake “awesome” reviews. If you are an agent, great! If you are a working professional and got great degrees and want to make an impact- find elsewhere!

Cons

The company politics is a joke. The company culture is even worse. Take your years of experiences and skill set elsewhere... they don’t appreciate them here.
