I worked with Realty ONE Group for over 3 years and I can honestly say that they live up to their motto. They are indeed one of the most innovated companies I’ve ever had the pleasure of working for. If you are in management, Realty ONE Group is a place to cultivate experience. But know that it will be at your own leisure and if you are willing to learn on your own. They have no time to hold your hand. But, if you have prodigious ideas to share, this is the place to work!

Cons

Sadly, all the attention is geared primarily towards the agents leaving the company with little resources to invest systematically in improving the innovation skills of its employees. If you are looking for a traditionally structured work setting, this is not the place for you! The departments are ever changing along with their many platforms they use.
