Friendly people, cool environment. Easy pace.

Cons

Credit towards leads generated were not properly dispersed. Besides a grouchy coworker, and nosey at that, the environment was comfortable. Keep it fair and teach your employees the ins and outs if you want to succeed in your business.

Pros

Realty One Group has great tools and resources that are provided to Realtors but they must be used to benefit from them. The fees are less than most of the other companies out there which does help your bottom line especially if you have a established clientele base.

Cons

I would not recommend working at Realty One Group if you are new to the business especially if you are a single agent. There is not enough training or support. I find the broker at the branch that I am at not helpful when I have had some issues that have come up and when I needed guidance. He/She was almost condescending in their response. Luckily there are other branches and brokers to call. Overall as a newer agent I do not find Realty One Group to be a good fit, they do not provide the support if you are looking to excel in this industry and the fees do not outweigh the support and guidance needed.
