      No transparency, no communication

      Pros

      Working on really exiting products for many different international customers. Every project is different from the other ones. Work never get's boring but can be quite stressful at times.

      Cons

      Management decision unclear and not well communication and not aligned between different managers and management levels. Criticism not really accepted.

      No chance to grow, management is absolutely prejudice, upper management has no clue what the lower management is doing behind their backs...
