      Pros

      Good medical benefits. Company is located in nice area.

      Cons

      Low salary pay grade compared to industry. Not a very good place to rise up in career. Your knowledge will be negligible. Company has no interest providing employee additional work related training. Friendship with higher management is more important than your work performance. They have no set Criteria for their posts.

      Pros

      Since the company has been acquired by JCI, there are more possible opportunities for career movement available through JCI as a whole, but not within Recaro. The office and attached plant are in nice condition and the seating products are unique.

      Cons

      The company is owned by JCI, but Recaro still feeds up through Recaro Germany. There is a lot more red tape and additional unnecessary tasks to get anything done. Everything goes through Germany and Bratislava. The salaries are not very competitive. The health care benefits are worse now that JCI has taking over. There's no room for growth inside of Recaro itself. Upper management seems to not share with the employees as a whole. Favoritism is blatant.

      Pros

      Nice environment, exciting product and a lot of opportunities to grow. Great people as well and some excellent benefits.

      Cons

      This is a fairly young company which has been growing fast. A lot of the processes have not kept up which can make the day to day work a challenge and sometimes frustrating.
