Great PTO policies & benefits, opportunities for growth, scaling quickly, amazing co-workers, high-trust environments, capable & empathetic leaders, recognition for good work, clear company values, retreats!

Cons

With being fully remote + startup culture (fast pace, small teams), it can take a little extra effort to put a healthy work/life balance in place.

- Lots of room for career advancement if you apply yourself - Opportunities to be involved with the growth of the company and have input/be heard - Great leadership team - navigating the early years of a successful start-up very well - Top-notch hiring practices - thorough and skill/culture balanced. Overall creates a positive vibe and productive team.

Cons

Lots of growth, both in business and in team size, and all of the opportunities and challenges that come with that. That said, couldn't think of a better team to be a part of through it all! Lots of trust in this team.
