The recent Mastercard acquisition should help the team pick up some momentum on the sales side. As with any company there are people and leaders there who care deeply and are great to work with.

Cons

Constant pressure cooker amidst constant change. Feels like something is being reinvented every year making it hard for teams to get momentum and hard for individuals to really dig in and grow. I get the sense this varies a bit based on department but the GTM side of the house is a rough place to be right now. Long term incentives are lopsided and favor a select few.
