Amazing, talented hardworking peers who are dedicated to their customers and their jobs everyday. I’ve never worked with a more rewarding team of people. Good work-life balance depending on your role. Remote opportunities.

Cons

Below market compensation. Unrealistic goals of attainment for OTE. The product is good but grossly overpriced and challenging to use, which drives lots of churn in the mid market and below. Leadership is tone deaf, often condescending, and 100% out of touch with what employees actually do.
