Pros

People are incredibly smart and focused. Company is very big on work life balance and it shows. I have been told by colleagues to not work and focus on family. Product is amazing and constantly improving. Company and people don't sit on their laurels and don't post. Management understands that not everything can be done by everyone.

Cons

Lots of work to do and not enough hours in the day to do it. Benefits aren't as competitive but I feel will improve with time. Some processes aren't clear as there are either people who have been with the company for 2 years or 10. It's improving but can be frustrating.

Good product, like my direct manager and good industry.

Cons

Constant change, book of business not too strong, high churn rate and crazy discounting from the AE's that make it hard to sell additional business at a good dollar amount.
