Recorded Future really is the leader in threat intelligence. There is a lot of great stuff going on with the technology and services. Colleagues are very collaborative.

Cons

There are no clear career paths or development programs within the company.

Pros

The product is fantastic and it's been incredible to see it's impact in real time. I met a lot of really smart, passionate people at Recorded Future. They have a lot of great talent.

Cons

I got bait and switched about remote versus in-office and my manager was completely unreceptive to my struggle. I would've never applied or interviewed had it not actually been remote. I wanted to be remote for health reasons and it was completely ignored. "We have no PTO policy, take it as you need it!" -- False. This is totally up to manager discretion, and I was repeatedly denied PTO based on "black out periods". I asked for specific dates and was given a copy-and-paste response about what blackout periods are and was told to speak to the CFO if I had any questions.
