-While the pay is OK, the base salary could be higher compared to some other cyber/threat intelligence firms. With that being said, it seems like the promotion cycle is fair and attainable if you put the work in.
-Consultant bonuses are tied directly to the Sales team's numbers, despite us not having any "Sales" role outside of identifying leads or potential upsell opportunities. Kind of frustrating since it ties a good portion of our additional comp to the performance of a separate org within the company.
-The product itself is solid but is also lacking in a few key features that would make it truly stand out. The product development pipeline is pretty quick, but the company would likely benefit from having more of the dev staff spread out across different countries as opposed to mainly in Sweden.
