- pay and benefits are good

Cons

- they are obsessed with people physically being in the office over performance - management does not stand up for employees - you are forced to take on extra job responsibilities with no pay - internal processes are extremely inefficient - they claim diversity and inclusion are important but it’s all for looks - pricing model for customer is a mess - no growth opportunities
