- Product has a niche position on the market and the company is growing fast - Cybersecurity industry, in general, is growing super quickly and Recorded Future provides a doorway into the industry - Some colleagues are talented and nice people
Cons
- Favoritism is rampant in many teams. Certain individuals are never punished for toxic behaviors and unprofessional actions and can spend company resources on personal activities that are framed as "business" while other employees have to fight tooth and nail for resources to perform their core job and/or get business-related training. - Bro culture is still very much a thing (went in thinking that it can't be as bad as other reviews say it is – trust the reviews, it affects your opportunities and career within the company) - Some lower and middle management do not know how to manage let alone lead a team. Unless you're one of the "favorites", do not expect your manager to look out for your career development or fight for you. - Diversity and inclusion is lip service at the company level, does not apply to you and your well-being as an individual.
