Good culture, amazing product, c-suite knows what they're doing. Some really intelligent people outside of the sales department. Overall it's an awesome company, but I wouldn't recommend the BDR position to anyone.

Cons

Salary/compensation not competitive due to "promotional opportunities" which are poorly laid out. If you meet all of the requirements for promotion there's a slim chance you'll get the promotion you were promised. If you're not a washed up D3 athlete don't even bother trying to be friends with anyone on the sales team Weird quota structure that doesn't align to the goals of the business
