Company with good product(Saas platform) and specialists. Considered pretty advanced with Natural Language Processing. Has a greater leader in CEO who is very charismatic and motivating

Cons

It is growing too rapidly and only in sales aspects. Recent decisions are made entirely to increase sales revenue like hiring more sales and investing more on marketing over other things such as maintaining product quality and post-sales services.

Leading technology in the industry, fantastic research group, building a strong culture is a priority

Cons

the leadership is not very welcoming of outsiders. The CEO's Swedish nature can be very brisk and rude, only hire young/inexperienced employees out of college, quick to fire which creates a tenuous environment.
