No micro management. Great culture vibe Enrichment is great, CEO encourages learning in and outside of your field Friday lunches, Great snacks. The social committee here is great. Always planning outings and surprise treats. WFH opportunities Vacation amount is not set.

Cons

Management/Executive process flows can be improved. No Parking. Business Parking Permits are $150 a year out of pocket. If you ride the T you are fine

Cons

This is an incredibly fast paced environment with a lot of autonomy. You need to be adaptable, willing to learn (both new things and from your mistakes), have a willingness to hold yourself accountable, and extremely organized and disciplined. This environment can sometimes come off as disorganized and chaotic at times but it's the nature of being at an organization that is going through incredible growth so it isn't for everyone.
