Pros

The company culture is great. People are very helpful and great teamwork. Competitive salary and great benefits. Very supportive of remote/hybrid work. Well respected in the industry and with customers. Red River has a charitable foundation that supports the community. Unlimited PTO. Military and veteran friendly.

Cons

With the rapid growth we are still working on "swim lanes."
