All Stick, No Carrot

Pros

They will hire you because they are always desperately needing people but the turnover rate is ridiculously high.

Cons

This place is a sweatshop with unrealistic standards.but they really do not value you at all. You will be held to standards before they are created or you were made aware as well. You will be punished for a sort of metric of the week mentality where they only know the stick and never the carrot.

All feedback is valuable to us, and we appreciate you sharing your perspective. We have brought your concerns to our HR team, and would welcome you to reach out and discuss with us further by emailing the HR team. We never want any of our team members to feel like they are held to unrealistic standards, and would like to talk through and manage issues that occur. We would also like to mention that our teams are always working to improve, and want to emphasize that all team members can always reach out to HR with any specific concerns or issues, as this will allow us to work together in solving it.

Integrity and morals not its strong suit

Pros

Clean offices, met some great people, breakfast on Friday’s, felt really connected to the role I was in. Good flexibility and PTO

Cons

Integrity and morals completely out the window. Treat people like a number instead of as human beings. Most are out for themselves. Department manager was never held accountable for actions of their team because of poor process and procedure. They got to blame the team for their ineffectiveness as a manager and get away with it. Poor communication within department and between departments. Blame game mentality not healthy. Managers always trying to figure out how to spin events so it’s always someone else’s fault instead of addressing where true issues lie.

Pros

Unlimited* PTO Large company with plenty of room for growth and change Fast growing client base Companies future is very solid and job security is high

Cons

The scrutiny of remote employees Remote employees segregated from onsite employees and valued less than onsite employees Management can't be trusted and often over a period of time can be caught in narrative manipulation to achieve company goals different then what was said months to years prior Forcing remote employees to change positions or quit if they will not move to onsite Cutting pay for those remote
