Pros

The great thing about Red Ventures is that there a lots of opportunities to make more money. Commission is the real reason to stay with this company. Work atmosphere is excellent as well.

Cons

With this job I feel like each applicant should know is that no matter what this job is subject to change at anytime. If you're looking for stability this is not the ideal place for you to work. Commission checks change month depending on how well the company, that you're working for, is doing as far as sales. You could be using the same sale process that works for you everyday yet somehow each month there is a different outcome when you receive your commission. On top of that at any given time you can be transferred to another business no matter how long you have been there or how well you're doing. These are things to consider when you plan on applying for this job.

Pros

I really enjoyed working here when I first started. The atmosphere was fun, supportive and made great friends. I learned a lot over time. There are some people are were great management. Unfortunately you move around so much, staying in one place with them to grow your career isn't likely.

Cons

The opportunity for growth doesn't exist unless you know someone. Eventually you become just a number. Some members of management SHOULD not be in their positions because they cared more about how they looked rather than trying to help grow and support those who want to further their career. They also started to cut the commission plans every month that it became hard to pay bills.
