Pros

Casual work environment, it is easy to make friends within the workplace. Jeans are ok, time is flexible as long as you get your job done and hit 40hrs/week. Good exposure to new IT technology.

Cons

Infastructure is poor. Leadership is misleading. Strategy beyond 1 month is not clear. Talent and compensation is wildly unbalanced. Turnover is high.

Pros

I've worked with some great coworkers on good projects that have stretched my skills.

Cons

I feel it necessary to counter the recent string of similar sounding positive reviews. The negative reviews mirror my experience much more closely. Early last year, when the average was closer to 3 stars than to 5 stars, one of the co-founders emphasized the importance of the company's Glassdoor rating and urged everybody to leave 5 star reviews. The telling part of this is that he asked for 5 star reviews instead of asking what leadership could do to make Redapt a better place to work. Management seems unwilling or unable to unify the company culture after the acquisition of Attunix. Since the acquisition, almost all of the Attunix leadership has been unceremoniously pushed out of the organization. That is certainly Redapt's prerogative but they have failed to communicate why or at least lay out a vision for the future. Instead we're left with oblique statements such as "a story and narrative will come out", which only fans speculation. This has contributed to astonishingly high turnover and low morale.

Pros

They allowed full time remote work.

Cons

High turnover; poor communication from leadership team; low team morale; perception is that management doesn't care about its people - only about its financial bottom line. A strong thread of distrust exists between upper management and employees. To be clear - Attunix management was amazing. Attunix was an incredible organization that was thriving before being acquired. Redapt acquired them and systematically destroyed their business, unique culture, moral and sales pipeline. Redapt fired 66% of the Attunix founders in a shady way which continued to perpetrate mistrust between employees and management. Very toxic workplace due to Redapt leadership team. No job security and high turn over. Applicant beware!
