Pros

Used to give free insurance. Thinking about it, i really do not have any Pros for this company. The CEO.

Cons

Everything!! I feel betrayed by the company. Never got the job that i was promised, nor the monitorship. After the acquisition of Attunix, I was literally made to work on a entirely different role than what i was hired for. For employees looking for Visa sponsorship, please stay away. This is the worst place for anyone to start a career. You are in danger if you need Visa Sponsorship assistance.

As a co-founder of the company, I am disappointed in your experience with our company. Unfortunately, the timing of your onboarding and our acquisition of a services company created some really difficult challenges. You know how to reach me directly in the event I can help you in your career. I'd be thrilled at the opportunity.

Pros

Co-workers are great and it's a good work-life balance.

Cons

Pay is very low, and not much room for growth unless in sales or a technical role.

Pros

Ability to work from home during covid

Cons

Pay 60/70% market rate Horrible benefits, most national holidays not company holidays Marginal 401k Life AD&D, bereavement, parental all extremely frugal Company focused on 1997 model of hardware sales Leadership exists by tenure / attrition not by those that are capable or deserved Management's perspective is on the backs of others vs. by raising up the employee Don't plan on relying on your employees to get things done, most were fired, burned out, or passed over by other employers, you're definitely playing in the minors. They're too scared to fire anyone even when the employee is embarrassingly awful Too small for any career opportunity or promotion Zero diversity
